1 lb. chicken (I used frozen chicken breasts)
1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 rib celery chopped
1/2 carrots, grated or thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 3 hours. Remove the chicken and use an immersible blender and blend well. Serve over spaghetti.
